Smart Tek Solutions&Services is a First Tek company, a leading IT service provider that serves Fortune 500 companies in the US. Our goal is to become a leading employer in Lviv and Ukraine and now we are looking for a Miiddle Python/Odoo Backend Engineer to join our team.


  • Good programming skills
  • Good problem solving and debugging skills
  • Clear cut understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
  • Ability to create new modules.
  • Ability to customize existing core modules and add/remove additional features in it.
  • Must have the ability to write/create/implement complex business logic in the backend.
  • An added advantage for a candidate who has knowledge of the Odoo UI JS framework.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies and the ability to integrate new things within Odoo
  • Must have domain knowledge of the Odoo out of box modules (CRM, Sales , Warehouse, Accounting , Project)
  • Ability and flexibility in learning new things and delivering productive work on them.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with ERP/Odoo


  • Develop new modules into the Odoo ERP.
  • Integrate different 3rd party systems as modules into the Odoo ERP.
  • End to End implementation of the Odoo ERP system as per the business needs.
  • Customize and maintain existing modules of the Odoo ERP.
