Requirements:

  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of project management
  • Ability to implement and manage processes
  • Knowledge of technologies and tools for project management
  • Be able to negotiate and persuade
  • Communicative, problem-solving, and good team player
  • Understand the technical part of IT industry projects in general
  • English - Upper-Intermediate (as must)

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in project management

Responsibilities:

  • Communication with a customer, define and clarifying tasks
  • Communication with a team, monitoring status
  • Working with project documentation
  • Creating tasks and descriptions for developers
  • Prioritization and estimating tasks with developers
  • Analysis of potential risks
  • Setting up a workflow in a team (requirements, development, testing, deployments)
  • Review functionality - Web-based projects
  • Tracking the status of the project, and the progress of tasks
  • Tracking the proper priority of tasks
  • Tracking the load of the task and the progress of each developer
  • Tracking the timing of tasks
  • Keeping the team in working order, team motivation
  • Lead-up report for the project manager on the progress of the project
  • Presentation of the customer of demo versions
